Cancellation Policy
1. Free Cancellation (minus processing fee): You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the tour starts by writing us an email at info@bernbites.com. You will receive a full refund minus a CHF 5 processing fee per booking. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable. 3. No-Shows: In case of a no-show, the booking is non-refundable. 4. Rebooking: You may reschedule your tour free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour, subject to availability. 5. Cancellations by the Organizer: If the tour is cancelled by the organizer (e.g. due to weather, illness, or minimum participant number not reached), you will receive a full refund or, if mutually agreed, the tour may be rescheduled to an alternative date.
